Bombay Sandwich



Bombay sandwich is a delicious & popular sandwich in the world with Green chutney and lots of vegetables. this sandwich is not just Mumbai food u can also be found in most Indian restaurants.
if you making Bombay sandwich. just you need some boiled vegetables and green pudina chutney.


Item Need for Preparation 

  • Bread 
  • Potatoes
  • Onion 
  • Tomatoes
  • Capsicum 
  • Soft Butter 
  • Chaat Masala
  • Cumin Powder
  • Black Salt
  • Sandwich Masala

Preparation Step by step 

1. You need to boil Some Potatoes, Sliced onions, cucumber, tomatoes, and some capsicum.

2. While potatoes are boiled, make the green Chutney. add coriander and mint leaves to a blender jar along with fried gram or half bread slice, salt, green chilies, ginger and pudina, and garlic. Add Lemon Juice and blend ones more. the chutney must be thick and of spreading consistency.

you can store this in a glass jar and used up within 3 to 4 days.


3. Remove the Sides of the Bread, Smear butter on one side of the slices. 




4. Smear Green Chutney evenly.


5. Place potatoes, onions, 

6. Cover with other buttered slices. you can also toast in a griller.
