Rasgulla Recipe Indian Style
No Indian Festival or Celebration is complete without Rasgulla. it is basically from Bangoli Sweet Diss. its is made from Ball shaped dumpling of chhena and Semolina dough, cooked in light syrup made of sugar.
Ingredients Need to Make Rasgulla :
- 1/2 Litre Milk
- 3 spoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Spoon All purpose flour.
- 1/4 Spoon Rose essence or cardamom powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water.

How to Make Rasgullah :
- Take pan and heat milk in it. Bring it to a boil.
- Add 3 spoon lemon juice, stirring slowly and gently till cheese separates from the Milk.
- Now turn of the heat and strain it through a strainer.
- Make Sure all water are drained from Cheese.
- after do that now knead it to make soft dough.
- combine all Purpose flour with it and knead again.
- then Make Small Rounded Balls from dough and a keep aside.
- make sure the balls should not have any cracks in it.
- Now combine Water and Sugar in saucepan and boil it.
- add cheese balls to the sweet syrup and cooked about 25 to 30 Minutes with lid partially covered.
- Add Rose essence or cardamom powder and turn off the heat.
- Now Allow to cool in Refrigerator.
After Do all steps then serve and enjoy with Family.
