Palak Paneer Recipe (Home Made) Indian Style

Palak Paneer is a Popular dish in North India region. this dish is made with Cheese and pureed spinach. Palak Paneer is consumed with Roti or Nan Roti and Paratha or boiled Rise.



Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 KG Spinach.
  • 100 Gm Paneer.
  • 1 or 2 Onion.
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Black paper powder.
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chili Paste. 
  • 3/4 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste.
  • 3 Table spoon Butter.
  • 2-3 Bay Leaves.
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds.
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
  • Oil
  • Salt ( According to taste) 
How To Make Palak Paneer :
  1.  Mix Green chili and ginger garlic Paste with spinach and add Some little water.
  2. Pressure Cook the above mixture 8 to 10 Minutes.
  3. Cut cheese into small cube shape pieces.
  4. Take Pan and Heat Oil the Fry the paneer cubes on a medium flame till they become light brown color
  5. Take the pieces out paneer from Pan
  6. Take 2 tbsp butter and heat it medium flame
  7. then add bay leaves and cumin for frying.
  8. Add Chopped onions and Chopped Tomato and fry again until they turn pink
  9. after fry onion add Black pepper powder. Garam Masala and Salt and mix it well.
  10. Now Add Fry Paneer and Cooked Spinach. Mix it Properly
  11. Put the Palak Paneer out and add remaining butter and back half and hour in midium flame.
  12. Palak Paneer is Ready to Serve.
Tips: Add Some small cubes of Paneer for Decoration
